摘要
我国法律援助制度体现了国家和社会对公民、社会组织基本法律权利的维护和保障,它无可争议地具有国家参与性、社会性、公平性的特征。
In China the legal aid,which is characteristic of the state intervention,social participation and impartiali- ty,embodies shows that the state goverranent as well as whole social institutions offers the protection to the fundamental rights of the citizens in China.
