摘要
由马克思对企业创新的论述,本文联系实际,对金融创新的动机与效果,创新持续的内在机制以及创新的社会条件进行了深入的探讨。本文认为现代科技革命是金融创新的前提,促进了金融创新的不断“扩散”与持续发展,金融创新的本质在于资本的“逐利性”。
The paper,following the Marx's viewpoint concerning innovation,holds that the revolution of modern sci- ence and technology is the base for the financial innovation and improving its sustainable development.The principal of financial innovation is the tendency of the capital for profit.
