围手术期应用乌司他丁对机体的保护作用 被引量:8

摘要 乌司他丁(Ulinastatin,UTI)是一种存在于人尿中的胰蛋白酶抑制剂.日本自1980年初对其结构、生化特性及临床应用等方面进行了深入研究,并于1985年作为药品上市.在临床应用过程中,UTI对胰腺炎、急性循环障碍等疾病有良好的治疗作用.近些年已逐渐将其用于围术期抗手术侵袭并取得了良好的效果,现综述如下.
