摘要
分析了单纯的学年制与完全学分制存在的利弊 ,提出了学年学分制的教学管理模式。并指出高等工科院校在选择教学管理模式时 ,既要考虑对社会、科技发展的适应性 ,也要考虑其现实性与可行性 ,各校应根据自身的具体情况来选择合适的教学管理模式 ,才能培养出社会需要的高素质人才。
Efforts are made in this paper to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the exclusive credit system and academic year system. As a new teaching management model, academic year based credit system is also elaborated in this paper. Importance should be attached to the feasibility and actuality of their models as well as their adaptability to the feasibility and actuality and technology on choosing teaching management models in engineering colleges. Only when each college conforms teaching management model to its own specific conditions, can personnel of high qualifications be developed.
