摘要
依据党的十六大报告中关于对外开放的新要求及 2 0 0 3中国 5 0 0强企业与美国《财富》杂志世界 5 0 0强企业的比较 ,论述了对外直接投资是可行的 ,并且找到了理论依据和存在的现实优势 ,对其进行了阐述。
This paper is written in answering to the new requirements on opening up to the outside world made in the report of the 16th Central Committee of the People's Communist Party. By the contrast of China's top 500 companies and the world top 500 companies, it demonstrates that for China's companies the foreign direct investment is feasible and also provides some theory supports and practical advantages.
