摘要 目的探讨高雄激素对子宫内膜分泌功能的影响。方法对25例高雄激素血症分泌期子宫内膜与30例正常对照组分泌期子宫内膜,应用组织细胞学和免疫组织化学法研究其病理变化和转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor—β1,TGF β1)及受体I型(TGF βRI)、受体Ⅱ型(TGFβRⅡ)的蛋白表达。研究组血睾酮(T)、雄烯二酮(A)较对照组升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结果高雄激素组的分泌期内膜,20例(80%)表现为腺体分泌欠佳;对照组中4例(13.33%)为腺体分泌不良;二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。对照组分泌期子宫内膜腺体或间质细胞胞浆有丰富TGFβ1及受体的蛋白表达,高雄组内膜TGF β1及受体表达均下降,与对照组比较TGFβ1及TGF βRⅡ在间质细胞表达下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高雄激素直接损伤子宫内膜分泌功能,是高雄激素引起不孕、习惯性流产的原因之一。 Objective To explore the effect of hyperandrogens on endometrial function. Methods The secretive en-domtrium from 25 women with hyperandrogen, as well as the specimen from 30 normal controls, were analyzed by histology and immunohistochemistry for pathological changes, protein expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF β1) and its receptors (TGF βI and TGF βRII). Results Twenty cases out of the 25 hyperandrogen group (80%) presented insufficient secretive change, much higher than that of the control group (13.33%) (P<0.01) . The expression of TGF β1 and TGF βRII in endometrial stromal cells of hyperandrogen women were much less than those of normal woman ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions High sera androgen may interfere the secretive function of endometrium, which could leads to infertile and recurrent miscarriage.
