脑深部电刺激治疗帕金森病的研究进展

摘要脑深部电刺激(Deep Brain Stimulation,DBS)是目前治疗帕金森病(PD)的一种有效方法,具有效果明显、手术安全、并发症少等优点,DBS在PD手术中除合理选择颅内靶点外,手术后的DBS程控调节是治疗PD的重要环节,其临床疗效与术后程控调节有密切关系,目前,国内外相继开展该项技术.近10年来国外已作DBS手术2万例次,国内自1998年以来已有10多家医院开展DBS手术,共作200多例.现将脑深部电刺激治疗PD现状及进展介绍如下.
