摘要
大学生就业问题是全社会关注的一个热点问题,也是困扰政府和高校的一个难题。大学生就业难是由多种原因导致的,诸如高校专业设置不当,培养目标错位,大学生就业观念落后,以及用人单位追求高学历,形成人才高消费等。本文对大学生就业问题作了一定分析,并提出了相应对策。
The employment of college graduates is a focus of great care and attention,as well as a big problem which presses hard the government and colleges. College graduates feel difficult to obtain employment owning to many causes,such as those majors offered unappropriately in colleges,the target of training is not right,college graduates' outmoded ideas of having employment.
