降脂灵片对ApoE基因缺陷小鼠脂质及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中药降脂灵对载脂蛋白E基因缺陷(ApoE-/-)小鼠血清脂质及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将44只6周龄ApoE-/-小鼠随机分为5组:降脂灵高剂量组(2700mg/kg/d)、降脂灵中剂量组(1350mg/kg/d)、降脂灵低剂量组(675mg/kg/d)、阿托伐他汀阳性药物组(15mg/kg/d)及空白对照组。给药第8周后全部处死,酶法测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)含量,化学法测抗氧化指标一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)。结果:给药8周后,与空白对照组比较,降脂灵高、中剂量组ApoE-/-小鼠血清TC、TG水平显著降低;降脂灵高、中、低三个剂量组均可升高血清中NO含量,并降低MDA含量。结论:降脂灵片具有较好的降血脂及提高机体抗氧化能力的作用。 Objective:To study the effect of Jiangzhiling tablet on lipid and antioxidant ability of apoE gene deficiency mice.Method: Forty-four female apoE gene deficiency mice were randomized into five groups:Jiangzhiling high dose group (2700 mg/kg/d),medium dose group (1350mg/kg/d),low dose group (675mg/kg/d),atorvastatin calcium positive control group (15mg/kg/d),and blank control group.At the end of the eighth week,all mice were killed.The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG)were measured by enzyme dynamics method,and the serum levels of NO and MDA were measured by chemical methods. Result:As compared with the blank control group, Jiangzhiling medium and high dose could reduce the serum level of TC;on the other hand,its high,medium and low dose could increase the serum level of NO and reduce the serum level of MDA. Conclusion:Jiangzhiling tablet possess better effect on reducing blood lipid and promoting antioxidant ability.
