摘要
按《GB/T75481 2000检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》的规定:各校准实验室或进行自校准的检测实验室,对所有的校准和各种校准类型都应具有和评定测量不确定度的陈述,故作者所在实验室也按其规定要求对新购的测试仪器进行了检测调试。该文以高碘酸钾氧化分光光度法测定钢铁及其合金中的锰量为例,介绍了UV 9100型紫外可见分光光度计测定钢铁中锰的测量不确定度,以及采用相对法求线性回归方程并用于检查前述测量不确定度的方法。结果显示UV 9100紫外分光光度计测量锰量的扩展不确定度为:u95=0.0379。
According to the request of a relative regulation of the National Laboratory Approbation Committee,the testing and self-calibration laboratories should have the evaluated description concerning the measure uncertainty for all calibration and calibration type,and the laboratory,for which the authors of the present paper are being worked,also be requested to carry out examination's adjustment to its newly purchased test instruments,therefore taking the measurement of manganess contained in steel/iron and their alloys with potassium periodate oxidation spectro photometry as an example,the present paper introduces the method for measuring the manganese uncertainty by using UV-9100 spectrophotometer,and the process of establishing the regression equation to check the above measure uncertainty.And the manganese uncertainty measured by using UV9100 spectrophotometer is confirmed to be u_95=0.0379.
