麻醉深度神经检测模型研究现状综述

摘要 本文综述了各种麻醉深度(depthofanesthesia,DOA)神经检测技术模型,如基于双谱指数(BispectralIndexScale,BIS)、基于人工神经网络、模糊逻辑、模糊神经网络等模型。对麻醉深度神经检测发展现状和临床上存在的技术问题进行了讨论。展望了今后麻醉深度监测和控制系统可能用到的新技术。 This paper presents various neuro-modeling techniques for monitoring the depth of anesthesia (DOA), such as bispectral index, artificial neural-network, fuzzy logic, and neuro-fuzzy models. Besides discussing the current situation of the clinical problems existing in the neuro model for monitoring the depth of anesthesia,the paper also makes a prospect on new techniques used in the monitoring and controlling system of DOA.
