摘要
分离系数增大,洗涤段优化萃取比方程中对数引起的误差也有较大的增加,因而计算的优化萃取比有较大的误差。本文提出了减少对数引起误差的方法,推导出精确计算洗涤段优化萃取比的通式。利用这个通式可以对任意大的分离系数,进行精确计算洗涤段优化萃取比。并且可以达到需要的计算精度。这个方法较好地消除了对数引起的误差。
As separation coefficients increase, the error rates of the expansion approximation equation of logarithm increase, because the values of the logarithm in scrubbing section are much larger than in extraction section, the error of the calculated optimized extraction factors of scrubbing section are bigger. This paper reports a method to decrease the error rate caused by logarithm, and have derived a new equation for calculating precisely the optimized extraction factors of scrubbing section, whatever the separation coefficients are more large
