本文主要论述了班主任工作的重要性 ,以及怎样才能成为一名合格的班主任老师 ,应当做好以下四个方面的工作 :1、迅速组建班集体 ,形成凝聚力 ,培养班干部 ,培养得力助手。 2、加强教育和引导 ,克服心理障碍。 3、献爱心。 4、建立良好的师生关系。
This article mainly discusses the importance of the work of the teacher in charge of a class and being a qualified teacher,he should do a good Job in the following four respects:1?to set up a leading group in the class and train the good assistants.2?to strengthen the education and overcome the barriers in students' mind.3?to devote the love to the students.4?to establish a good relation between the teacher and the students.
