摘要
目的 评价右前头足斜位 (RACCO)和正位显示门静脉的临床价值。材料与方法 31例均以 7ml/s的速度经肠系膜上动脉 (2 7例 )或脾动脉 (4例 )注入 76 %泛影葡胺 2 5ml行间接门静脉造影 ,先行正位门静脉摄影 ,再行RACCO位摄影 ,然后对所得图像进行存储、分析。结果 图像综合分析表明 ,RACCO位像好于正位像者 2 0例 (占 6 4.5 % ) ,RACCO位像等于正位像者 7例 (占 2 3.3 % ) ,RACCO位像差于正位像者 4例 (占 13.2 % )。末稍分支分析表明RACCO位像显示的远端分支明显好于正位像 (占 87% )。结论 RACCO位对门静脉主干及其分支的显示明显优于正位。
Purpose [WT5”BZ]To evaluate the clinical significance of depicting portal venous system by RACCO and PA views.[WT5”HZ]Materials and methods[WT5”BZ] Indirect portography of PA and RACCO views with digital substraction angiography(DSA)were performed consecutively in 31 patients via superior mesenteric artery(in 27 cases)or spleenic artery(in 4 cases)at a injection rate of 7ml/s of 76% maglumine diatroate,and then compared the stored images of the two views.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Comparison of the two views revealed that the RACCO view was superier than posterioanterior(PA)views in 20 patients(64.4%);there were no marked difference between these posterioanterior(PA)views in 20 patients(64.4%);there were no marked difference between these two views in 7 patients(23.3%),and the RACCO view was inferior to PA view only in 4 patients(13.2%).Analysis of distal portal branches showed that depiction of the terminal branches by RACCO views were much superior to PA views(87%).Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The depiction of main trunk of portal vein and its branches by RACOO view were markedly superioer to that of PA veiw. [WT5”HZ]
