逻辑设门方法在B-ALL免疫表型检测中的作用

摘要 目的评价逻辑设门白血病细胞方法在B-ALL免疫表型检测中的应用。方法采用FSC-SSC和CD45-SSC逻辑设门方法识B-ALL患者白血病细胞,分析其免疫表型,并与CD45-SSC设门方法进行比较。结果逻辑设门法检测白血病细胞阳性细胞百分率高于CD45-SSC设门法,两种设门方法结果有显著性差异。18例B-ALL患者中(阳性标本数/总标本数)CD19+100%、CD19+CD10+88.9%、CD34+94.4%、HLA-DR+88.9%。B系伴CD13+变异型33.3%,伴CD33+变异型11.1%。结论逻辑设门方法在B-ALL免疫表型分析中优于CD45-SSC法。 Objective To evaluate a multiparmeter gating procedure for im-munophenotyping of B-ALL.Method Leukemic blasts of B-ALL were identified by a multiparameter gating procedure FSC-SSC and CD45-SSC for immunophenotyping.The results were compared with those resulted from CD45-SSC gating.Result The per-centage of positive blast cells was higher by a multiparameter gating procedure than that by CD45-SSC gating.There was a significant difference between them.Conclusion The multiparameter gating procedure was better than CD45-SSC gating for immunophe-notyping of B-ALL.
