动脉性消化道出血的经导管栓塞治疗

Selective embolization for control of gastrointestinal arterial hemorrhage

摘要 目的:评价动脉性消化道出血经导管栓塞治疗的临床应用价值.方法:12例动脉性消化道出血患者,经血管造影诊断并筛选出出血动脉后,超选择性插管出血动脉支,行栓塞治疗.结果:分别栓塞了下列动脉的分支:3例胃左动脉,2例胃右动脉,1例肝动脉,1例肝右动脉,2例胃十二指肠动脉,4例肠系膜上动脉,2例肠系膜下动脉.所有病例均成功止血,无复发.有1例死于多器官功能衰竭.无严重并发症.结论:动脉性消化道出血经导管栓塞治疗安全、有效.
