摘要
当前 ,国有企业改革已经进入了关键阶段 ,为了解决好国有企业自身存在的问题 ,使其走出困境 ,必须建立崭新的企业技术创新体系 ,促进企业技术进步。但是存在许多具体问题 ,制约着企业技术创新体系的建设和发展 ,必须加以解决。本文分析了影响企业技术创新的有关因素 ,提出了具体对策和构建技术创新体系的理想模式。
Nowadays,the reform of our national enterprises has en tered a critical stage.In order to do well with the national enterprises and ext ricate themselves from the predicament,it is necessary to establish a new techni cal innovation system and promote enterprise technical progress.But there are ma ny problems occurred in the developing course which should be solved as soon as possible.This paper reveals the major problems and their sources in the course o f enterprise technical innovation,thereby further discusses the methods about es tablishing and perfecting the technical innovation mechanism and mode.
