融合多个面上光强信息的混合迭代相位恢复算法

摘要 在自适应光学、光学加工检测及激光光束质量检测等诸多领域,经常涉及到相位恢复问题。研究相位恢复的数值算法,具有较强的现实意义。文中给出了一种融合多个离焦面上的强度信息,以恢复输入面上相位分布的混合迭代算法。首先采用共轭梯度迭代方法求解,将所得结果设定为新的迭代初始值,并利用角谱法对此进行优化,以进一步提高相位恢复的精度。模拟实验表明,该算法具有良好的收敛性能和较高的相位恢复精度,且适用于输入面上振幅分布无法直接测得的场合。 Study of phase retrieval problems is quite meaningful,because this kind of problems is often encountered in many domains,such as adaptive optics,laser quality detection,and so on.In this paper,a hybrid iterative phase retrieval algorithm is proposed,based on the fusion of the intensity information on several defocused planes.Firstly the conjugate gradient algorithm is adopted to achieve a coarse solution of the phase distribution on the input plane;then the angular spectrum method is used in succession for improving phase retrieval accuracy.The simulation experiment shows this algorithm has good convergence and relatively high retrieval accuracy.Moreover,it is still applicable even when the intensity information on the input plane cannot be obtained.
