摘要
3~5μm波段激光在民用和军用两方面都具有重要作用。文中简要介绍了产生中红外激光的各种方式,并分析其优缺点,从两个方面综述了中红外激光源的进展情况。首先介绍了半导体量子级联激光器、固体激光器、自由电子激光器、化学激光器、气体激光器等线性光学方法产生中红外激光的进展;然后对基于物质二阶非线性作用产生中红外激光的光学倍频、差频和光参量激光器的进展进行了介绍;最后指出了中红外激光技术的发展方向。
3~5μm lasers is very important in both military and civil.All sorts of lasers producing mid-infra radiation are introduced.Their merits and demerits are analyzed,and their progresses are summarized from linear optics and nonlinear optics.The linear lasers include quantum cascade laser,solid laser,free-electron laser,chemical laser and gas laser.The nonlinear lasers based on second-order nonlinearity include frequency-doubled laser,optical difference frequency laser,and optical parametric oscillator.The development on mid-infrared laser technology is indicated.
