摘要
首先回顾微光成像技术的发展,然后介绍了各类固体微光成像器件,比较各自的灵敏度,分析计算极低微光条件下的探测能力。结果表明,EMCCD 更适合于低微光下目标的探测。
In this paper some low light imaging technologies and their characteristics are firstly reviewed.Then compare their sensitivities,analysis and compute their detecting abilities.In the same conditions,EMCCD displays better signal to noise(S/N) ratio in very low light and is more fit for very low light imaging than other technologies.
