可控子窗口CCD图像采集技术的研究

摘要 CCD图像传感器是空间激光工程系统中常用的目标探测器件,但其较低的图像采集速率,往往成为其在具有快速目标探测和跟踪需求应用中的瓶颈。阐述了在CCD成像区实现对可控子窗口进行操作的工作原理,设计了实现可控子窗口 CCD 图像采集的具体时序工作模式,分析表明:在可控子窗口这种工作模式下,可有效地提高CCD图像传感器的帧速率。 CCD image sensor is used to detect the target in the space laser system,but the low frame rate of image acquisition becomes the bottleneck to make the CCD image sensor use to more applications.The operating principle of the controllable sub-window realized in the CCD imaging area is introduced.Specific timing of carrying out the controllable sub-window in the image area is designed.The results of the analysis show that the frame rate of CCD image sensor can be greatly improved with the work mode of controllable sub-window.
