摘要 分析了常规定量泵节流调速液压系统能耗大效率低的内在原因 ,阐明定量泵液压系统的节能途经 ,论述了采用增速缸、高低压双泵油源、多泵数字控制技术及液压蓄能器等几种有效的节能方法。 This paper analyses immanent cause that energy consumes is larger and efficiency is lower on hydraulic systems with fixed displacement pump.the energy saving way is elucidated. Several effective energy-saving methods using increase-speed cylinder, oil source with double pump and high-low pressure, multi-pump digital-control technology and hydraulic accumulator is treated in the paper.
