摘要 介绍了企业生产模式的演变过程 ,指出大批量定制是 2 1世纪企业的主流生产模式。从系统集成优化角度分析了大批量定制的本质特征 ,并将大批量定制哲理划分为理念、方法性理论、应用性基础理论和基础理论 (哲理 ) 4个层次进行了研究。最后从从先进技术、先进管理和先进人才三方面对大批量定制的实施进行了详细的论述。 Mass Customization is a new kind of product mode that satisfying individual customers' needs while keeping mass production efficiency, such as time to market, low cost and high quality. On the basis of the introduction of the product mode evolution, the paper presented that mass customization is the prevailing product mode of 21 century. And analyzed the connotation of mass customization from the point of target integrated optimization. Then studied on the philosophy of mass customization by dividing it into four levels. The paper discussed the actualization of mass customization on the aspects of advanced technology, advanced management and advanced staff in the end.
