摘要
精益生产是日本能够在 2 0世纪 80年代战胜美国并取得世界市场竞争优势地位的主要原因与手段。尊重人是精益生产的两大特色之一 ,是支撑精益生产运作的基本手段。首先简要介绍了精益生产中对人的看法的一些基本理论 ,然后分析了这些看法对企业发展所具有的重要作用。在此基础上 ,通过与西方理论的对比研究 ,分析了精益生产存在的基础——企业文化。最后 ,针对目前我国企业的实际 ,提出了相应的对策与建议。
Lean Production is the main cause and method for Japanese to have the abilities to overcome the U.S.A and achieve the competitive advantage in the global market. Human respect is one of the two distinguishing features of LP, and is the most elementary method to support the operation of LP. This paper introduced some basic theories about the viewpoint of human in LP breifly at the beginning. On the basis, the Enterprises Culture-the foundation of LP's existing-was analyzed by comparing with western theories. At the end, some relevant solution and suggestion was presented according to the situation in our manufacturers.
