摘要
介绍了科研院所实施企业化转制可供选择的主要模式 ,并探讨了一步到位型、进入型、改造型、一所两制型、联合型、裂变型模式的特点和适用条件 ,对推进当前正在实施的各级各行业科研院所制订切实可行的转制方案具有积极的指导价值。
The main patterns for research institutes turning to enterprises are Introduced, and the characteristics and choosing conditions of the patterns such as finishing by one step, interning, reforming, two patterns in one institute, uniting, fissioning are discussed. These patterns have good referential value to design practical reform plan and fluently fulfill enterprise-transform.
