摘要
济钢第一烧结厂采用不同原料配比进行了低硅烧结生产工业试验 ,经合理优化工艺参数 ,提高了烧结矿品位。生产实践表明 ,实施低硅烧结后 ,改善了料柱的透气性 ,减少了渣量 。
WTBZ] The industrial tests of low Si sintering with different raw materials composition are taken in the No.1 sintering plant of Jigang. The sinter ore grade is improved by optimizing the reasonable process parameters. The production practices have indicated that after implementing of low Si sintering the air permeability of materials column can be improved and the slag quantity can be reduced.
