摘要
针对钻井作业形成的钻屑及废弃钻井液排放于农田对土壤、作物和水源造成污染的事实 ,研制了一种以 NH4Cl(化肥 )为主处理剂的环保型钻井液。通过室内试验 ,确定了该钻井液的配方。现场试验表明 ,该 NH4Cl钻井液体系具有较好的抑制、携砂、润滑性能 。
An environmental protected drilling fluid is developed,which uses NH 4Cl (fertilizer) as a major treating agent,in consideration of the facts that pollution on soil,plants,and water resource are caused from the farming fields that drill cuttings and waste drilling fluid are discharged The drill fluid formula are determined by laboratory experiments Field testing shows that the NH 4Cl drilling fluid system has the properties of inhibition,sand carrying and lubrication,at the same time,there exist same problems to be solved by further study
