摘要
高分辨力测时需要高倍率的时间扩展器 ,扩时倍率的提高随之带来误差剧增 ,严重影响了测时的准确度。这里在分析了基于模拟内插的时间扩展器测量误差的基础上 ,提出了一种消除扩时器几项主要误差的自动校准技术 ,大大提高了测时准确度。并论述了扩时器校准的实现技术 ,和在精密时间间隔测量中的应用实例。
High-resolution time measurement demands large-scale time expander.The time measurement error increases tremendously following the increments of the scale of the time expander,thus seriously distorts the accuracy of time measurement results.Based on the analysis of analog interpolation based time expander's measurement error,we present an automatic error-correction scheme that can greatly reduce the time expander's error,therefore dramatically improve the accuracy of time measurement results.An implementation of this time expander error-correction technique is discussed in this paper as well,in conjunction with the real-world applications in precise time interval measurement.
