摘要
分析了在精密温度测量中,自热效应,传感器安装带来的温度场破坏,热电阻传感器的传导、对流产生的误差对测量结果产生的影响,以及对传感器的一些特性的影响,比如自热效应,时间常数,热容等。分析并计算了不同安装形式的传感器的热传递模型。通过对使用的Pt- 10 0 0铂电阻传感器工作特性的仿真计算,讨论了测量的误差因素并提出了相应的改进办法。
The influence of the self-heating effect of sensors,the destruction of the temperature field caused by the arrangement of sensors,and the errors due to the thermal conduction and convection of the sensors,will affect not only the measurement result severely, but also some characteristics of the sensors,such as self-heating effect,time constant,and thermal capacitance.By simulating the working behavior of the adopted Pt-1000 sensor,factors contributing to errors are presented,and improvements in design are proposed.
