摘要
介绍了利用铝灰生产硫酸铝 ,采用共沉法除铁新工艺。确定了最适宜工艺条件 :硫酸质量分数 30 % ,m( H2 SO4 ) ∶m( K2 Mn O4 )∶m A=1∶ 0 .0 0 78∶ 0 .0 0 2 6 ,p H值为 3,收率达93.2 %
In this paper,the new process of producing Low iron Aluminum sulfate from aluminum ash and removing iron by co precipitation has been presented.The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows:percentage concentration of H 2SO 4 is 30%,the suitable mass ratio of H 2SO 4,K 2MnO 4 and A is 1∶0.0078∶ 0.0026 ,and the pH value is controlled to 3,and the yield rate is 93.2%.
