摘要
根据Oracle Spatial对空间数据库的支持功能,阐明了用Oracle Spatial设计符合IHO S-57标准的电子海图空间数据库的方法和过程,并给出了部分实现代码。实现了用Oracle Spatial对电子海图空间数据的存储和管理,为电子海图数据的存储和管理开辟了新的途径。
Based on the spatial database support of Oracle Spatial, this paper introduces the method and procedures for establishing an ENC spatial database, which may satisfy the requirements of IHO S-57, and presents some significant source codes for implementation algorithms. The use of Oracle Spatial has added a new and effective approach to the storage and management of ENC data.
