摘要
基于因特网的知识管理工具能够支持企业有效、快速地识别、获取、开发、分解、储存和传递知识 ,从而使每个员工在最大限度地贡献出其积累的知识的同时 ,也能享用他人的知识 ,实现知识共享 .本文主要介绍了一个基于因特网知识管理工具的设计思想、框架及所用的知识管理模型等 .知识管理模型包括知识结构图、知识利用图。
The tool of knowledge management based on internet can be used to support enterprise to identify, achieve, exploit, analyze, store and convey knowledge efficiently and quickly,so that employees can share knowledge each other while they offer their accumulated knowledge to the most.In this paper, the design idea, the frame, the adopted knowledge management model of the knowledge management tool are described. The knowledge management model includes knowledge structure graph, knowledge utilized graph, knowledge distributed graph and knowledge transfer graph.
