摘要
资金是西部地区稀缺的资源 ,目前西部地区经济增长主要靠财政性投资拉动。本文在肯定财政性投资成绩的前提下 ,分析了现阶段存在的主要问题 ,提出了相应的对策 ,以便更好地提高西部大开发经济增长的质量和效益。
The western areas are short of capital and at present their economic growth lives mainly on financial investment. This paper, predicating on the gains of financial investment, analyzes its present major problems and brings forth the countermeasures so as to improve the quality and increase the utility of the economic growth in the western development.
