摘要
提出了一种基于VC与MATLAB的车牌汉字识别系统,使用VC设计人机接口的界面环境,调用MATLAB的工具葙函数实现车牌汉字字符的模糊识别算法,从而建立车牌汉字字符识别系统的快速实验平台。实验结果表明:该方案提高了常见算法的编码实现效率,缩短了产品开发周期。
The article brings forward a scheme for Chinese ideograph recognition in vehicle license plate system, which based on VC and MATLAB. The scheme claimed that design interface by VC and complete algorithm of fuzzy recognition by using tool box library functions included in MATLAB, thus to found a quick system workspace for Chinese ideograph recognition in vehicle license plate. The experimental results have proved that the method has improved the efficiency of algorithm programming and abridged the development cycle of product.
