摘要
对国内外有关仙人掌的药用研究进展进行了综述 ,涉及到临床应用及药理研究 ,对医药研究与开发具有一定参考价值 .临床上 ,其主要治疗流行性腮腺炎、循环系统疾病、溃疡病、疮疡脓肿及糖尿病等多种疾病 ,且疗效显著 .药理上 ,其具有抑菌作用、抗炎作用、免疫增强作用、健胃作用、降血糖作用、抗病毒作用、抗胃溃疡作用、抗癌作用、抗疲劳作用、耐缺氧作用、抗应激作用、促凝血作用、抗诱变作用、抗脂质过氧化作用、抗衰作用、镇痛作用、还可降低胆固醇水平及提高雄性小鼠性功能 .急性毒性试验表明 。
