摘要
企业之间的竞争最根本是人力资源的竞争 ,尤其是在加入世贸组织后 ,我国企业首先面临的就是人才的冲击 ,人才的流失。因此 ,国企怎样在冲击到来之前采取有力措施实施稳定人才队伍的一系列策略 ,留住人才 ,是国企提高国际竞争力的关键。
Human resources are the essence of competition between enterprises after China enters WTO. The enterprises of China will first face severe impact of insufficient talents and brain drain. Therefore, it is crucial for state-owned enterprises to take effective measures to stabilize and maintain the qualified personnel before suffering the strong impact.
