摘要
以企业预警理论为指导,吸收并采纳了现有煤矿生产作业理论,结合煤矿安全生产的实践与经验,探讨一种具有预警、预控功能的煤矿安全管理新模式。
This paper discusses a new pattern of mine safety management as guided with ente-rprise early warning theory absorbing and adopting the present mine producing and operating theory combining with the practice and experience of secure producing.
