超细CoAl_2O_4多晶材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用 Co SO4 -Al2 (SO4 ) 3-Na Cl体系经高温处理制备出了超细 Co Al2 O4 多晶材料 ,研究了其化学组成及结晶状态。将该材料用于 Zn S:Ag荧光粉体的包膜处理 。 In this thesis, ultrafine CoAl2O4 polycrystalline material was prepared by heat treating the CoSO4-Al2(SO4)3-NaCl system for the first time and its chemical composition and crystalline state were studied. In addition, ZnS:Ag blue phosphor coated with this material was tested to have luminescent and secondary performance at the same level as the analogous world product.
