S-2玻纤增强树脂基复合材料弹托的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高复合材料弹托的发射强度 ,本文以 2 5mm脱壳穿甲弹为例 ,采用高速摄影、电子测速仪等靶场试验手段 ,对短切纤维增强树脂基复合材料弹托的应用进行靶试及初步探讨。试验表明 ,复合材料弹托与铝合金弹托相比 ,在减重 50 %的情况下 ,仍能够承受 4 2 0MPa的膛压 ,且弹托脱壳顺利 ,弹杆章动很小。因此 。 In order to improve the launching strength of composite sabots and satisfy the demands in ammunition launching, high speed photography and electronic speed measurement devices are adopted to experiment with short cut glass fibre veinforced composites sabot for 25mm projectiles of APFSDS. The experimental results indicate that short cut glass fibre reinforced composite sabots achieve well the desired results. If aluminium sabots are compared with composite sabots, it is found that composites sabots can be lightened 50%, and if the sabot fits the structure of projectiles, it can still withstand 420MPa gun pressure and the sabot separates successfully. The study provides a new method of improving the power of projectile of APFSDS. Therefore, applying this composite sabot to projectile is a new way available to improving its power.
