激励策略是现代领导管理艺术的重要组成部分,将激励理论与策略科学地运用于高校教师的管理与培养,有助于激发广大教师的工作积极性和创造性,使其内在潜能得以充分发挥,同时也是高校以人为本,建立现代化管理体制的重要策略。
Inspiring tactics are the important component of modern leadership administration arts.The scientific application of encouraging theory and strategies into college teachers' administration and training can inspire teachers' working enthusiasm and creative power so as to give a full play to their internal potential,which is also the important strategy for colleges to establish modernized human-centred administration system.
