摘要
学习型组织的思想力是其强大生命力和竞争力的源泉。本文阐释了思想力的概念、基本特征和重要意义,论述了学习型组织的思想力,并运用创建学习型组织的五项修炼技术,分析了提升学习型组织思想力的途径与方法。
Thinking power of learning organization is the source of its powerful vitality and competence. This paper explained the concept of thinking power, its basic characteristics and great importance, and then analyzed the thinking power of learning organization. On the basis of five disciplines of learning organization, methods of improving thinking power of learning organization were proposed.
