摘要
采用复合化学镀方法制备了镍-磷-氧化铁纳米复合材料镀层。通过孔隙率、耐腐蚀性、硬度、耐磨性等性质试验,结果表明:纳米复合镀层致密性、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性等均优于A3钢片,甚至优于Ni-P镀层。
The Ni-P-Fe_2O_3 electroless nanometer composite coating has been prepared.The physical chemistry nature of the Ni-P-Fe_2O_3 electroless nanometer composite coating was studied by porosity test,accelerated corrosion test,hardometer and so on.Results show that the electroless nanometer composite coating was better than the Ni-P coating and A_3 steel specimen.
