摘要
班主任是连接学生和学院的桥梁。根据作者的实践经验,认为面临挑战的班主任必须加强师德修养,提高自身综合素质,加强班集体建设,转变观念,探索适合大学生特点的管理思想和方法,方能提高班级管理效能,促进学生成长,满足学院发展和社会发展的需要。
Teacher in charge of class is like the bridge connecting students and college.According to the author’s practical experience,it is necessary to strengthen teacher’s culture,improve teacher’s comprehensive ability,reinforce collectivity construction and explore the manageable ideas and methods which is suitable for the college students.Therefore,efficiency is enhanced.Meanwhile it is good for the development of our college and the whole society.
