摘要 液压系统的可靠性是保证设备整机工作可靠的关键因素,液压系统可靠性模糊设计比常规可靠性设计更科学更合理.以工程机械典型液压系统为例,基于模糊数学理论和方法,分析了常规可靠性设计的不足,提出了液压系统可靠性模糊设计的思想和方法,运用模糊理论对液压系统进行描述并计算出系统的模糊可靠度,给出了系统模糊可靠度预测与分配的方法,建立了系统可靠性的模糊评价模型. Based on the theory and method of fuzzy mathematics,a new thought and method of reliability fuzzy design for the hydraulic system is put forward in the paper.It points out the defects of conventional reli- ability design.Fuzzy theory is applied to describe hydraulic system and to work out the fuzzy reliability of the system.The paper formulates the method of the redesign and distribution of fuzzy reliability in the system and sets up the fuzzy assessment model of reliability in the system.
