摘要
在师范生进入实习基地实习之前(第4~6学期),在大学基础课程的教学中采用指导教师和师范实习生同登讲台的team teaching模式组织教学,不仅可以加快实习生由学生向教师的角色转换,使实习生在进入中学实习基地前就可积累一定的教学经验和能力,把高校的实习生培养目标变成指导教师和实习生的自我需求,而且能让高校免费获得team teaching模式所需要的双倍师资,实现师范实习生培养和提高大学基础课教学质量的双赢.
Before the normal students enter the middle schools for internship(which occurs in the 4th-6th semester for the 8-semester-program students),it is advisable to have the students and their supervisors,in college basic courses,to practice TEAM TEACHING on the platform at the same time.It can not only enhance the role transformation of the students into teachers,make them to accumulate certain amount of teaching experience and capability before they enter the schools and turn the cultivation target of the students into the self-demand of both the students and their supervisors,but also can allow the colleges and universities free access to the double number of the teachers needed by the team teaching model and realize a win-win situation of the cultivation of the internship students and improvement of the teaching quality of basic core courses in university.
