摘要
目的:对医用镁合金进行微弧氧化处理,得到钙磷涂层、钙磷银涂层与未处理镁合金植入体一起进行兔下颌骨内植入实验及体外抑菌试验,以评价不同涂层及未处理镁合金植入体的骨诱导性、抑菌性能。方法:上述材料无菌条件下植入兔下颌骨,术后4、8、12周分批处死后取材,采用X线图像分析处理系统、体外抑菌实验来评价骨修复状况及不同镁合金植入体的抑菌性能。结果:本实验三种植入体中钙磷银镁合金植入体的骨修复效果要好于钙磷组,钙磷组要好于未处理组;钙磷银涂层镁合金植入体具有抑菌性能,钙磷组及未处理组镁合金植入体不具备抑菌性能。结论:钙磷银涂层镁合金植入体具有抑菌作用。经过微弧氧化处理后的钙磷银涂层镁合金植入体,能更好的诱导骨修复,其中以钙磷银涂层镁合金的骨修复效果最好。
Objective:To analysis the bone inductivity and antibacterial property of magnesium alloys Through Micro-Arc-Oxidation method,the surface of medical magnesium alloys get different coatings(Ca-P-Ag-coating and Ca-P-coating).Methods:Under the aseptic condition,the magnesium alloys were implanted into rabbits' mandible.4,8 and 12 weeks after surgery,all rabbits were killed.X-ray analysis system was used to appraise the bone repair condition.In vitro bacteriostasis experiment was carried out at the same time.Results:In this experiment among three kinds of implants,the Ca-P-Ag-coating group had the strongest bone inductivity,Ca-P-coating group was only inferior to Ca-P-Ag-coating group,and the effect of untreated magnesium alloy was the worst.The Ca-P-Ag-coating group had antibacterial property,the Ca-P-coating group and untreated group had no antibacterial property.Conclusion:The magnesium alloy with Ca-P-Ag-coating has antibacterial property.Through Micro-Arc-Oxidation method,the Ca-P-Ag-coating magnesium alloy implant has the best bone inductivity.
