扩张型心肌病近期预后影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨影响扩张型心肌病近期预后危险因素。方法选取83例从2003年5月到2008年5月的住院确诊为扩张型心肌病的患者,以猝死(A组),1年生存期(B组),2年生存期(C组)和5年生存期(D组)为观察终点。结果年龄、心功能、EF值、血尿酸浓度和药物治疗,均可影响患者的近期预后。结论年龄、NYHA心功能分级、左室射血分数、血尿酸浓度、是否发生过晕厥和规范化药物治疗等6项指标是影响扩张型心肌病的近期预后。
