摘要
近年来作为区域协定的自由贸易协定(FTA)广泛流行。目前美韩等很多发达国家都有很清晰的FTA发展战略规划,以国家的整体利益为背景,有针对性地选择谈判对象国来推行本国的FTA战略。我国因起步较晚,FTA发展战略并不清晰,因此,可借鉴发达国家的成功经验,结合我国的发展情况,在FTA谈判和签署时以主要贸易伙伴为重点对象,重视与资源输出国的FTA,关注FTA的"轴心国"。通过制定正确合理的FTA战略安排,营造稳定和谐的国际环境。
