摘要
目前,由于我国在体育课伤害事故方面尚未立法,对于发生在体育课中的伤害事故难以恰当地处理,致使有些学校为避免学生在体育课教学和课外体育活动中发生伤害事故。本文试图对体育课教学和课外体育活动中伤害事故的种类、归责原则、法律处理等方面的问题进行初步探讨,以期引起人们的重视。
