摘要
采用单因素法确定了微波辅助提取南瓜茎黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:以70%乙醇作溶剂,料液比1:20,70℃,400W微波提取3min,效果最好,提取率为0·333%。提取物经AB-8树脂纯化后,进行了特殊的颜色反应实验和抗氧化实验,颜色反应结果进一步证实了提取物中黄酮类化合物的存在,抗氧化实验表明南瓜茎黄酮对猪油有较强的抗氧化活性。
In this paper,the microwave-assisted extraction of flavones from pumpkin stem was studied.The optimum conditions were:70% ethanol,material-solution ratio 1 ∶20,70℃ extracted for 3 minutes with microwave power 400W.The average yield of flavones was 0.333%.The special colour experiments and antioxidative experiments were carried out after the flavones was purified with AB-8 resin.The results showed that the flavones had better antioxidative activity on lard.
